How to obtain a Estimate 

 For a complete and accurate quote, please provide the following details:

-Complete address (billing and shipping if separate)

-Type of product needed ( balcony rail, step rail, false balcony, walk gate, drive gate, fencing,door grille, etc...)

-Dimensions and height of railing needed (residential standard height is 36" commercial standard height is: 42")(see instructions at bottom of this page)

-Mounting method (flange mount with anchors, fascia, or core drill)

-Floor Mounting conditions – (ie: tile, wood, concrete etc.)

-Adjacent structure mounting conditions if applicable (ie: stucco wall,block wall,rough stone, etc.)

-Design selection (best to include picture in quote request email)

-Color selection

All products are primed and painted with industrial grade coatings. We recommend that all ocean front properties be powder coated with a Tiger Drylac Series 38, Durable Exterior Finish.  Standard colors are Black, Statuary Bronze & White.  Other colors  available are Tigerdrylac , using the Series 38 color charts.

All products are custom fabricated to your specifications.

Drawings are provided, prior to fabrication, to ensure accuracy.

Interior products are primed and painted.  Standard colors are Iron Black, Matt Black, White, and Pitch Bronze.
